U.S. Consumer Health Data Notice

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for residents of states with consumer health data laws, including Washington and Nevada.
Categories collected
- Menstrual cycle, flow, and period dates
- Fertility, ovulation, and basal body temperature
- Pregnancy and postpartum information
- Perimenopause and menopause information
- Symptoms, mood, energy, sleep, and libido
- Weight, nutrition, and fitness data
- Data from connected health apps and wearables you authorize
Sources
Directly from you, from your device when you grant permissions, and from health apps or wearables you choose to connect.
Purposes
To provide tracking, predictions, personalization, nutrition and fitness features; maintain security; provide support; and comply with law.
Categories of recipients
Service providers that host, store, secure, and support the Services under contract, and parties you direct us to share with. We do not share consumer health data with advertisers or data brokers.
No sale of consumer health data
Align Hers does not sell consumer health data and does not use it for targeted advertising.
Your privacy rights
You may confirm whether we collect your health data, access it, receive a list of recipients, and request deletion. Visit Privacy Choices.
Withdraw consent
You may withdraw consent at any time by disabling health features or connected permissions in the app or your device settings, or by contacting us. Withdrawing may limit some features.
Deletion
See Delete Account for how to delete your account and associated data.
Appeals
If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing privacy@alignhers.com with the subject "Privacy Appeal." We will respond within the time required by law. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
