Delete Your Account

Deleting your Align Hers account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage your subscription separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings before deleting your account.

1. Open Align Hers and go to Profile.
2. Tap Settings > Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm twice.

Email privacy@alignhers.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete My Account." We will verify your identity before deleting. You can also reach support@alignhers.com.

Your account and associated personal data, including profile, cycle and pregnancy logs, temperature, symptoms, nutrition, recipes, workouts, preferences, and uploaded photos.

Limited information may be retained temporarily where required by law, for fraud prevention or security, or in backups that expire on a rolling schedule.
