By creating an account or using the Align Hers website or app (the "Services"), operated by Align Hers LLC, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity under your account.

Align Hers provides general fitness, nutrition, wellness, and health-tracking tools and educational content. It is not a medical device.

Use of the Services does not create a doctor–patient or other healthcare relationship. Content is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Health Disclaimer.

Align Hers Premium is offered at $14.99/month or $89.99/year, with a 7-day free trial where offered. Prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Cancel through your App Store or Google Play account subscription settings. Deleting your Align Hers account or the app does not cancel your subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Exercise involves risk of injury. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any program, especially if pregnant, postpartum, or managing a medical condition. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.

Calorie, macronutrient, and serving values are estimates and may come from third-party databases that contain errors. We do not guarantee their accuracy.

If you have allergies, intolerances, or medical dietary restrictions, independently verify all ingredients. Barcode and photo recognition do not certify ingredient or allergen safety.

Cycle, ovulation, and fertile-window predictions are estimates and may be inaccurate.

Align Hers is not a form of contraception and must not be used to prevent pregnancy.

The Services may connect to third-party services (e.g., Apple Health, wearables, app stores, food databases). Their terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as reviews, photos, and custom recipes. You grant us a limited license to host and display it to operate the Services. Don't post content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.

The Services, including workouts, recipes, text, graphics, and the Align Hers name and logo, are owned by Align Hers or its licensors and protected by law.

• Violating laws or others' rights.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or disrupting the Services.
• Sharing accounts or reselling content.
• Uploading malware or misleading content.

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Align Hers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
